What we collect
Account information you provide (email, name, company), workspace content you author (briefs, documents, project files), and operational metadata (login times, usage events) needed to run the service.
How we use it
To deliver the Web4OS service, support your account, secure the system, and improve product quality. We do not sell your information. We do not train models on your private data.
OAuth connections
When you connect a third-party tool (GitHub, Stripe, Google, etc.), we store the access tokens needed to act on your behalf and use them only for the actions you initiate. You can revoke at any time from your provider’s settings or from inside Web4OS.
Data retention
Account and workspace data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after termination unless deletion is requested earlier.

You may request access, export, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing andrew@web4guru.com.
